Job Description:

 

  1.  Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

  2.  Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

  3.  Present our company to potential clients

  4.  Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  5.  Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

  6.  Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  7.  Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

  8.  Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

  9. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.

  10. Stay updated on new features and benefits to effectively communicate with prospects.

  11. Understand the product's and service's materials “like: presentations, brochures, proposals, and etc”

  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  13. Track interactions and update the status of leads in the CRM.








Job Requirements:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

  • Friendly user with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, other).

Skills:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Strong communication skills: (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with prospects and team members.

  • Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Proactive and self-motivated: Attitude with a strong work ethic.

  • Language: Strong written and verbal English communication skills

 

Abilities:

  • Ability to learn quickly: Adapt to new processes and software tools.

  • Analytical mindset:  Understand and interpret sales data and metrics.

  • Customer-focused: Approach with the ability to understand and address client needs.

  • Team player: Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other teams.

Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.

  • Familiarity with the software products and technology industry trends.
