Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

Present our company to potential clients

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
-
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
-
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
-
Stay updated on new features and benefits to effectively communicate with prospects.

Understand the product's and service's materials “like: presentations, brochures, proposals, and etc”

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Track interactions and update the status of leads in the CRM.
Job Requirements:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
-
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

Friendly user with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, other).
Skills:
-
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Strong communication skills: (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with prospects and team members.

Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Proactive and self-motivated: Attitude with a strong work ethic.

Language: Strong written and verbal English communication skills
