Key Responsibilities

priorities.
• Monitor sprint progress and address any blockers to ensure timely delivery.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, suggesting improvements based on data
insights.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration,
or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, specifically in healthcare,
education, and CRM solutions.
Certifications (Preferred):
• PMP (Project Management Professional), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner),
or any relevant product management certification is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of healthcare information systems (HIS), e-learning platforms,
and CRM management.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in product development.
• Hands-on experience in writing and managing JIRA stories, epics, and backlog
prioritization.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or other product management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
